Psychotherapy & health coaching
Jennifer is a licensed psychotherapist who has been serving individuals across Michigan for more than a decade. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. Throughout her career, she has worked in both acute inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges.
In 2017, Jennifer established her private practice with the goal of providing compassionate, personalized care in a setting where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Today, she specializes in helping women navigate life's transitions, including anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and the emotional and psychological changes that can accompany perimenopause and midlife.
Jennifer believes that therapy is most effective when it honors the whole person. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, recognizing that each client's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. She works alongside her clients to build practical coping skills, increase resilience, foster self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a Certified Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC), Jennifer also brings a wellness-focused perspective to her work, helping clients explore the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being when appropriate.
Jennifer provides secure telehealth psychotherapy for adults throughout the state of Michigan, making it easier to access quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of home. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, or simply ready to prioritize your own well-being, she is committed to creating a supportive space where healing and growth can happen.
